Some people choose to rely on the access codes (and they could do so indefinitely), but you can easily set-up a password for your account.

To set a password for your account you:

1) Hover over the person icon in the top right corner and select ‘My Account.’

2) From there scroll to the ‘Authentication’ tab on the left-hand nav.

3) Select ‘SET PASSWORD’

There is no minimum order requirement.
Orders over $1500 before tax will receive FREE delivery within our designated delivery area, some restrictions apply. Online orders $0–$200 have a $35 shipping fee while online orders $200–$1,500 have a $60 shipping fee.

No, we are a warehouse. We require orders to be phoned in or emailed into sales@whitebird.ca. Once the order has been processed, the customer will receive an order confirmation.
Orders that are not placed prior to pick up are subject to a $25.00 counter fee.

Whitebird trucks deliver to Hamilton, Niagara, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Burlington, Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, and the GTA.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM EST qualify for next-day delivery via our own trucks.

For all other locations across Canada and residential addresses, orders are shipped through our trusted courier network to ensure reliable delivery.

Please contact customer service at 1 (800) 263-2128 to set up a return authorization. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Standard stocked products ordered incorrectly by the customer are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Certain non-stocked items are non-returnable or subject to higher than 15% restocking charges.
Credits are only issued upon inspection of returned goods.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned goods.

Whitebird strives to maintain accurate pricing, however we reserve the right to make any corrections or adjustments without notice, which are caused by market fluctuations or human error. All pricing is in Canadian dollars.
